"Wonderful Hotel -very charming" This is the most charming small hotel I have ever stayed in in Europe. Beautiful lobby with no flyers advertising anything. Staff very friendly. Rooms beautiful and large -and the marble bathroom left me wanting to redo my own at home. We had fresh water and fruit & cheese brought to us as a welcome gift upon check in. The location is great, within walking distance to many attractions & parks. Great cafes on the surounding streets. I would stay here again and again. We were there in august -so there was no traffic & have no input on the noise.

"A GEM OF A HOTEL IN MADRID!!!" Location, location, location. Absolutely fantastic. Right in the Salamanca district near fine shops and restaurants. Also convenient to two Metro stations within 2 blocks each way. Simply one of the finest hotels we've ever stayed at in Europe! Spent 5 wonderful days in Madrid, and the service, professionalism, and attention at the Adler could not have been better. The staff is superior with one of the warmest, friendlest attitudes of any place we've ever visited in the WORLD! Save the $$$ you would spend for a room at the Ritz and stay here. The rooms are extraordinarily large for Europe with double sinks in the marble bathroom, plus ALL ROOMS ARE SOUNDPROOFED SO YOU DON'T HEAR A PEEP! The restaurant in the hotel was a little pricey, but that was completely insignificant. I can assure you that if you stay at the Adler you'll come away saying the same wonderful things I've experienced. There really wasn't anything to criticize. This place is a real find!

"Home away from home (Mi hogar fuera de mi hogar)" This is a small centrally located hotel located in exclusive Barrio de Salamanca. The staff is very helpful and take a personal interest in providing all the information and help you may need. The rooms are impeccably maintained, including a fruit basket, and catering to all your requests. No coffee in room but room service is very quick. The service is perfect, they keep a record of your requests and preferences. My room was the same one I had during a previous stay. Taxis are easily available day and night except at rush hour (8-10PM). Get some advice on what to do if you do not find a taxi. Keep some taxi service telephone numbers at hand. Limo service is very good with well mannered informed drivers. The lovely restaurant offers excellent service and food with a good wine list. Rooms have all the toiletries you may need. Laundry service is perfect. WiFi available most of the time depending on the telephone company delivering the prepaid cards on time. You may walk safely outside at night, there are numerous cafes, tabernas, and restaurants that begin to fill up after 9PM. Madrid is a beautiful, lively city. This lovely hotel is the best kept secret! (El pequeno hotel es excelente en todos los aspectos, lo recomiendo totalmente. El servicio personalizado es excepcional y esta localizado en la centrica zona del Barrio de Salamanca donde podemos caminar a tiendas, cafes, restaurantes, etc.)

"Great Hotel" This was a wonderful hotel. The lobby, the staff, the rooms, the locations, etc., I cannot say enough positve things about it. The rooms were beautifully decorated, elegant, warm and inviting. The staff was attentive, helpful and all in all our stay was terrific. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
