"Excellent"
Food excellent ,friendly staff,would definately go back, this is 4 star easily ,highly recommend this hotel,rooms excellent , all i can say is go you will not be dissapointed 3 outdoor pools,and one indoor pool sauna ,jaquzzi,gym,sports facility, its in Alcanada or Aucanada dependant on spelling.about 3.5km from Alcudia resort.ask for sea view when booking for stunning views . Amazing value for Money

"A lot better than we expected!"
Having read mixed reviews of this hotel i was slightly apprehensive as to what we would find. I was delighted to find a modern, clean hotel which was far better than my expectations. I found the staff to be very friendly, particularly in the dining room - Yuli and Carolina especially. My daughter (2 and a half) had a fantastic time in the pool and she loved the mini disco which ran every night (except tues) - so much so that we even bought the CD and have had bedroom disco's at home!! The entertainment was OK - suitable for families with young children. I don't think teenagers would be very impressed! The rooms were cleaned every day and no faults there. We didn't have a view but it suited us as we were on the ground and didn't have to worry about our little one falling off the balcony! I'm a fairly fussy eater, but even I got excited at meal times. It was quite 'samey' but there was always plenty of choice and it was really tasty. The only complaint I could really make is that there are not enough parasols around the children's pool and as we also had a baby with us it wasn't always suitable for me to stay. The area of Alcanada is residential and don't be fooled into thinking that it's 'just down the road' to alcudia. You really need to take a bus or a taxi - especially if you have small children as the road is very busy. T Also the beach outside the hotel is very small and cramped and unless you get there very early you won't find much space. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I would thouroughly recommend this hotel/ It was excellent value for money (booked with travelcity at last minute) - don't listen to all the whingers!!!

"Wonderful Holiday"
After reading some of the previous reviews I was slightly conserned, but how wrong was I!! What a wonderful hloiday we had. The staff were very friendly and warm and always willing to assist. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are immaculate. The range of food was amazing. Amazing views from the pool sides out to sea. Short walk to the Port of Alcudia, or the hotel transport if you would rather take that. Lovely beach with a beach side bar which was lovley to sit at night time for a change. Plenty for the kids to do during the day with several activities for them to do such as painting and pony rides. Entertainment at night a bit repetative, that was the only thing average but you are still kept amused with karaokee and bingo etc. Some musical events during the week were good. Overall a wonderful place to be and my family and I would definately go back again, in fact my kids wanted to stay forever!!
