The city hotel lies at the heart of the old town of Alcala de Henares. Guests are offered a charming view of the old Cisneria University, which is to be found at the centre of the commercial and entertainment district. A variety of shopping venues, bars, boutiques and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity, as are links to the public transport network. The closest nightclub is located only 5 km away.

This popular hotel occupies a classical building and was completely renovated in the year 2000. The hotel comprises 50 rooms spread over 3 floors. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe and lift. Additionally, a bar, a cafe a hairdresser's salon and an air-conditioned restaurant count amongst the hotel facilities. A conference room and a public Internet terminal are also on offer. Guests arriving by car may use car parking and garage facilities.
