This attractive city hotel is located in the leisure centre of Portugalate (around 12 km from Bilbao). It is easy to reach, opposite of the residential area of Getxo and Neguiri, only 500 m to the train stop, and 1 km to the underground station, that goes to the city centre in some 15 minutes. The inviting Las Arenas Beach with turquoise-blue waters is some 400 m away. The port is 2 km away, the fairground 6 km away and the airport 12 km away.

Splendid historical building totally refurbished respecting its 19th facade, located beside the impressive 'Puente Colgante de Bizkaia' bridge, with marvellous views over the Bilbao river estuary and the sea. It comprises 74 rooms of which 70 are double rooms and 4 are junior suites. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift and a cafe. There is also a bar, a TV room and an a la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants open to guests whilst a conference room and public Internet terminal may equally be taken advantage of. Room and laundry services as well a car park and a garage to round off the facilities.
