This hotel is located close to the motorway heading north, some 20 km from the town centre Many of the region's top attractions including the Altamira Caves, the beaches of Santander, Santillana del Mar, Comillas (with architecture by Gaudi) and the Picos de Europa mountain range are all to be found within easy reach. The centre of Torrelavega is located around 1 km away. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot and the nearest beach is approximately 6 km away.

Opened in 2003, the hotel comprises 5 floors with a total of 66 rooms, of which 8 are suites. Within the building guests will find a foyer with 24-hour reception desk with safe, lift, bar, air-conditioned restaurant, conference facilities, public Internet terminal, wi-fi access in common areas, car park, garage , medical assistance and room and laundry services.The swimming pool and gym are closed saturdays evening, sundays and holidays.
