"Airport excellence"
Stayed here for one night on my way to New Haven. Excellent choice. Arrived late at airport but free phone call was helpful and almost immediately delivered shuttle bus - though some passengers were complaining about length of time of wait. Took advice of other reviewers and paid extra for bay view - stupendous especially when you've got jetlag! Helpful checkin and bar staff and extremely comfortable bed. All that was needed for one night visit. Tiny pool but brilliant location. Breakfast rather expensive for buffet selection. Needed to get to Boston South Station - excellent help and directions from hotel staff which included hotel shuttle bus to connection. Am planning to stay there again in just over a month and pleased with choice.

"Finally a perfect stay!"
My son and I have stayed here many times and there have always been issues (please see my previous reviews). We arrived on a Monday afternoon and were immediately upgraded to a Harbor View room on a high floor. The room was perfect. room service stellar and our dinner in the restaurant divine. The hot tub was actually working and it was even hot!
The front desk staff was very accomdating. My 8 year old son had a 7:45 am appointment at the Massachusetts Eye Research and Surgical Institute. I didn't know how long we would be gone and was concerned about checking out in time. No problem; the front desk gave us a late check out and was willing to check us out and hold our bags if we didn't make it back in time (which we didn't).
I honestly don't know if service levels at this property have improved or if they are getting sick and tired of my complaints.
I am a Hyatt Platinum Passport member and yes, I do expect perfection. I am happy to report that on my last stay I received it.

"Very nice, comfortable stay."
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I don't agree with the other comments about the noise. We had a room on the airport side of the hotel, and though we were just blocks from the runway, it was astonishingly quiet. You could hear the low rumble of the jets as they took off, but it was not a nuisance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The harbor water taxi stop is only steps away and will put you downtown in a few minutes for 10$. The Hyatt shuttle bus was excellent and free and we never had a wait of more than 10 minutes at any pick up point. We used the shuttle daily to get to the T stop. Our drivers were always friendly and courteous. Room service food was expensive, but when isn't it. Who want's to eat a 40$ steak in your room when you are only 30 minutes tops from some of the best restaurants in the country?
