"Japanese Restaurant - Fabulous"
Unfortunately we didn't get to stay at the hotel - we just ate in their Japanese restaurant. Wonderful service - they squeezed us in on a very busy night at a moment's notice. You can choose to sit at a Teppanyaki counter where your menu choices are cooked in front of you. The food was out of this world - fresh, perfectly cooked - friendly chefs and waitresses. The hot sake was especially good. Recommended for a special night out with friends or family - lots of atmosphere.

"Excellent, fit for kings and queens"
We stayed for 13 nights and during our stay the King and Queen of Sweden stayed and Donald Rumsfeld. It was very plush, the staff very helpful and the views were excellent. The rooms were nice although we had an extra bed added for our son and had to have the sofa taken out as the room was not big enough. The bathrooms were very large and finished in marble. We were upgraded to a executive room when big Donald came to town and this was even nicer with a seperate lounge. The entertainment on a friday night in the lounge was very good, but on the saturday the nightclub is open to all and can get a bit rowdy as the blood stains outside testified. All in all a top stay though!!

"Fantastic Hotel"
We were in a club level room. Excellent views of the river and adelaide oval. Much better quality and value than the Hilton in Adelaide. The Hyatt is also perfectly located near the major shops and tourist attractions such as the river, the art gallery, museum, parliament, etc as well as being close to the train station and casino. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the Japanese restaurant is lovely. Definately recommend you book the club level rooms.
