"Loved the Hyatt"
What a wonderful place to stay! I have stayed there twice now both times for business. Very comfortable, good restaurants and excellent pools.

"First class"
My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. Everything and everyone was first class. The rooms are large and spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable, the restaurants and lobby are superb. There is a lagoon pool with a slide for families, a large heated pool for adults, a pool with a waterfall, and a couple of large hot tubs. I booked on Priceline and was concerned about what I would get. The front desk couldn't be friendlier and gave us a room with a large balcony and bay view. I've read about flies outside in prior reviews, but we encountered none. There is a new outdoor shopping mall with upscale shops and a movie theatre with stadium seating down the street. My wife got a massage in the spa and all was good. Now its back to the grind and I'm sitting in front of the computer wishing I was there.

"Beautiful hotel, almost on the ocean"
My family, (husband, daughter (6) and myself) stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Bonita Springs for 4 days in April of 2006. We had a very pleasant time. The hotel is beautiful, the room is fairly spacious and so is the bathroom, which is always nice when you have children along. The pool area and water slide were definitely a winner with my daughter. She had a great time. The only downside is that the pool closes at dusk, which in the Spring, happens fairly early, leaving not much else for us to do. We stayed there because my husband was attending a conference, so the cost of the room was covered by his employer. The poolside restaurant had a very nice selection of sandwiches and smaller meals. My husband tried the grouper sandwich on our first day and had it every day for lunch, because he enjoyed it so much. The entire hotel stay was wonderful, but I wish the hotel would of been located on a beach. In order to get to their private island, you have to walk down a long walk-way, through a swampy area and catch the boat that will take you there. On the day that we wanted to go to the beach, there were high winds, so we just decided to stay by the pool, that was blocked from most of the wind. If you want to save some money and you've got a lot of patience, do the tour of the timeshares. When you are approached about the timeshares, and you will be approached, find out how much they are willing to give you toward your bill. One person in the lobby offered us $100 off our bill, another said $200 and a lovely woman by the pool offered us $250. We took that deal and it basically covered all of the meals that my daughter and I had at the hotel, since my husbands stay was covered. When all was said and done, we only had the cost of our airfare. Anyone who enjoys a beautiful hotel, beautiful pools and nice rooms, will enjoy their stay at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa.
