This bungalow complex is situated on a hill overlooking the North Courses, close to the tourist centre of La Manga. Countless shopping venues are to be found in the vicinity as well as bars and restaurants. The beach is within 3 km of the hotel and a variety of nightclubs as well as links to the public transport network can be reached within 4 km of the complex.

This hotel complex was completely renovated in 2003. Built in the style of a Spanish village, it comprises a total of 60 apartments. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange facility. Furthermore, a hairdressing salon, a cafe, a bar and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with high chairs for children are also provided. In addition to this, guests are offered the use of a public Internet terminal. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park facilities. A laundry service and medical assistance round off the facilities on offer.
