"Simple, cheap and clean." The Ibis Centrum Opera is a good example of a two star chain hotel. The rooms are simple, the shower room and toilet smallish but adequate but the linen is clean and kept clean throughout our stay. A decent buffet breakfast is provided with, for a change, good coffee. There is a nice bar serving snack meals, but there are plenty of restaurants around. We particularly liked a brasserie about 25 paces away on the same side as the hotel. Location good and there is a tram stop directly outside the hotel serving the railway station (about 10 minutes or so away). We thought it decent value for money .

"smart clean hotel" spent 2 nights here with my wife. hotel and room very smart and clean. bed super comfortable. the breakfast had a good choice of foods and drinks. staff were very helpful. a lot of people ate there on the evenings so i presume the kitchen is ok although we always eat out. there is a nice bar in which to socialise. the shower room was up to the same standard but was a little on the small side and could cause problems to the more rotund guest. yanks beware!the town centre is an easy 10 minute stroll away.

"Cheap, clean and comfy" Spent a nite there with my wife n boys on Dec 31, 2006 to celebrate the new year. We took two rooms - each room was clean n comfy, bathroom properly equipped, twinbed also clean n comfy. Breakfast was ample n great, despite the endless throng of guests - even the breakfast time was extended to 11.30 due to late risers - well done! All in all, we had a great time, n would'nt hesitate to come here again for another visit. Thank you.
