"Good value for money"
Arrived in mid-January, at a rate of 59 euro for a double room plus 9 euro per person for breakfast. Very good heating. Rooms a bit small but well fitted. Check-in was fast, by attentive young staff. Individual safety boxes are available at reception (you place your contents in an individual removable container which is then placed by the staff in their safe). Buffet breakfast was good, wide choice of foods (other reviewers used the MacDonald's next to the hotel for breakfast but we didn't try it). During the two days we stayed we saw many young people, university age, as guests. The hotel restaurant advertised in the page was not open. Location is not central to the sights or the university, but as it is next to the railway station there is plenty of public transport available without even crossing the road as well as a taxi stand filled with taxis at all times of the day and night. The Tourist Information Office is just outside the railway station, so you can get all the information you need on the city just stepping out of the hotel. One word of caution: ask for the rooms at the front of the hotel, as those at the back look onto the railway platforms and the announcements of train departures from the loudspeakers can be heard until late at night. We had our room changed as soon as we heard the noise. We consider the hotel very good value for the rate we paid.

Nice clean, reasonably priced hotel adjacent to the main station. It is a 15 minute walk into the main tourist area, but is easy to get to and from the train. Small but clean rooms .. and free Internet in the lobby.

"A nice place to stay in Heidelberg"
The hotel is located next to the railway station. They offer free Parking for hotel guests. Walking distance to the old town is about 20 minutes. The rooms are convenient and clean. It is only a 2-star-rating-hotel, but I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff are fríendly. There is a nice bar in the hotel.
