Excellent location
The staff are very helpful, and when I requested another pillow it came promptly. The bedrooms are quite small, ok for two people, but not really three. The bathroom is adequate, no bidet, but a large walk in shower. They do however only provide one towel per person. The wardrobe is a wooden corner, with no curtain, adequate. The breakfast is a great spread from cold meats, cheese, sausages, beans, eggs and bread etc so covers a variey of tastes. It has a fantastic location, 5 mins to old town square and a further 10 to Charles Bridge and on to the castle. Recommend.

Excellent
Hotel was very clean and in a superb location. The rooms were very acceptable, we stayed in a non smoking room on the 3rd floor and heard little noise from the builing site next door,nothing that i would gripe about though as we are early risers. Breakfast was superb and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Cant wait to visit Prague again,it was lovely.

Great hotel
+ Great location,150m from metro and 50m from tram stop.Great starting point for walks in old town square,(5min), Wenceslas Square(5min) & Charles bridge (15min) + Very clean rooms, a bit small but nicely decorated, they look brand new! +Very good breakfast -No safe and very small closet -Noise might be heard to some rooms from the construction site next to the hotel but they try to book the rooms at the opposite side (our room had no problem)

"!st visit to Prague"
My friend and I recently stayed at the Ibis Old Town and would recomment it. The location was only a few minutes walk from the Old Town square and, as other people have said there is building work going on next door but this did not bother us at all. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean with comfy beds and a really good shower. The breakfast was also very good and was served from 6.30 - 12.00 (some people obviously sleep very late whilst on holiday!!) Somebody else had posted a comment that they had found the staff in the restaraunt a bit slow - we did not find this to be the case and as plates/baskets of food started to run low they were promptly replaced. We found a lovely little restaurant just off the Old Town Square called 'Mamma Lucy' that served Mexican and Pasta dishes and would recommend this to anyone. We were extremely impressed with Prague it is a very beautiful city and well worth a visit.

"Excellent location and hotel"
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights over Easter. Although building work is going on next door we did not hear any noise although they were working over Easter. We stayed in non smoking rooms. Very clean, bathroom only had a shower, no bath which we knew before we arrived but this was excellent. Room decor and bedding was first class. Excellent choice of breakfast (we booked inclusive rate), staff were quick to clear tables and stock up on buffet table. Did not use the restaurant on an evening but did use the bar area. Very good service. Safety deposit boxes were available at no extra charge. Storage of luggage was also available. Hotel was in a very convenient position for walking to the Old Town Square, no need to use other transport. Would definately use again.

"Clean and comfortable"
Not the cheapest hotel in the area but well worth paying a little extra. My room was immaculately clean and comfortable and the bathroom and shower were luxurious. The location is perfect for all the central sights.

Very good location for travellers
Just 8-10 min. walk to Old town square. Kind staffs and clean and quite room (but little small size) You can take a break while you are looking around the city as the hotel is quite close to Old town. We enjoyed our staying here a lot.
