Im Palais Schwarzenberg Hotel was built in the early 18th century by Lukas von Hildebrandt and Bernhard Fischer von Erlach. Today it is one of the last family-owned Palais left in Vienna - one of the reasons for the unique character of the baroque building. Five baroque state rooms and a spectacular entrance hall lend themselves to any kind of events.

The hotel, set in a unique location within the private park, comprises of 44 historical rooms and suites in the main building and designer park rooms and suites in the left side wing. With its Terrassenrestaurant, the Parkterrasse, the Palais Bar and the private park, the hotel offers a unique concept unequalled by any other hotel in Vienna.

Anyone who would like to enjoy lunch or dinner at the Hotel im Palais Schwarzenberg must try the �Terrassenrestaurant� - a glassed-in-terrace directly facing the Schwarzenberg Park.
The very best Austrian creative cuisine is served there. The restaurant menu is altered seasonally and a business lunch and an evening set meal is served every day. The wine list contains great Austrian choices and selected Bordeaux vintages.

* Kaminzimmer & Palais bar:
For those who are looking for a stylish and comfortable atmosphere the �Kaminzimmer� is just an enjoyable place, especially in winter months when a cup of tea is served in front of the fire place.

* For events, functions and festivities the Palais Schwarzenberg is Vienna's premier address, a baroque jewel in the heart of the city. The five magnificent state rooms, along with the "Palais Terrasse" and Schwarzenberg private park, provide a unique, incomparable setting that lends special atmosphere to any occasion.

* The Blaue Salon and the Clubraum are located on the ground floor of the hotel near the restaurant. These two rooms are ideally suited for board meetings and conferences as well as for lunch and dinner parties.

* The Schwarzenberg's private park covers an area of 18 acres and is a sensation in the city centre of Vienna with its five tennis courts, extensive jogging and walking paths. Parking is free of charge for hotel guests on the courtyard parking lot in front of the Palais.
