No drinking water! No hot showers!
I'm not sure if any of the other reviewers have actually stayed in this hotel. I just got back from a conference where I spent 3 nights there together with a large group of others. None of us were impressed. The showers were freezing and most importantly there was no drinkable water in our rooms!

Googl location, Excellent service, Reasonable price!
Hotel located in the center of London near the Hyde Park, 10 minutes walk from Harrods, 15-20 minutes walk from the Palace of Queen. Friendly and helpfull stuff, clean room, good and full breakfast. Very reasonable price for excellent location and service.

As the other reviews have said, this is simply the best value accommodation in London. It is super cheap by London standards and in the best location. You are close to the Tube and three of the best museums in London. You are also close to the parks for running and the High Street Kensington shops are just five minutes walk away. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I also felt very safe and the rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed here for a conference at Westminster so it is good for business travelers also. As for nearby places to eat, I highly recommend Giraffe for brunch (it is in the High St Kensington shops) and The Oratory which is on the way to Harrods on Brompton Road.

I'm sure that you will not find a better accomodation in London at such a low price! The staff is very nice, helpfull and polite, every complaint (if any!) is dealt with immediately. The rooms are of sufficient size and in best condition. And the breakfast is excellent! I'll stay there again!

"Excellent for families"
Our family of four (kids 7, 9) spent 5 excellent nights at Beit Hall, South Kensington campus. The location was great - close to museums, ideal bus transportation, and especially Hyde Park. We spent a lot of time in Hyde Park letting the kids play. The rooms were plain but clean and the price was excellent. The full breakfast kept us going all day and an on-campus restaurant (Harrington's) was affordable and the food was good. Kensington High Street is a 5 minute walk and the Giraffe restaurant was very popular with our kids. We chose this option over a family room B&B and we are very happy with the choice. We booked two double rooms. One was a true double room, the other a single room with two beds. After booking we called ahead and requested be assigned close together and were given two rooms beside each other.
