Earthquake update. IHG hotels in Chengdu experienced tremors from the earthquake in Sichuan province and precautionary safety procedures were activated. All our guests are safe and all employees working during the time of the quake have been accounted for and no serious injuries reported. Our hotels in Chengdu will waive no show and cancellation penalties from now until further notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
