Intercontinental Dusseldorf Hotel is a great hotel. Some minor teething problems like missing room directions and a not perfect check-in (compensated by a nice upgrade), but nothing too bad. Very well designed, great quiet rooms, perfect location (quiet part of the Ko) and wonderfull beds. Bathroom was also very nice. Kaitlin, Saint Martin

"Fantastic hotel, fab location"
Stayed here for 3 nights over Xmas, and this hotel was everything we hoped for and more. The staff were really very helpful (thanks Stefan), and the service, ambience, feel and warmth of the hotels staff shone through this excellent, up market hotel. Would LOVE to go back one day, when I'm rich!

Just returned from a wonderfull stay at the intercontinental in Dusseldorf. We've also been a couple of times to the intercontinental in Koln so we expected the same qualitylevel in Dusseldorf. They didn't disapoint us! Everybody, from frontdesk to housekeeping, was very friendly. They really understand it's all about peoples business. The interior is different then any other hotel we stayed in. Espacially the lobby with the high roof of glass was very beautifull. Also the room was high end quality furniture. The breakfast was also very good and also the staff was very helpfull and friendly. It is a pitty that you have to pay for holmes place (fitnessclub) because it was for free in the past. tip: If you are an ambassador member of the intercontinental like us you will receive some privileges! check there website for more information. We stayed here twice last December. Both times it was perfect. They helped us verry well, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was perfect. Besides that the location is top. We will definitly return to this hotel.

"Bathrooms are GREAT"
Very modern new and ultra cushy hotel geared for business travelers. Location is fab and great for those seeking to stay in center of city and still be able to walk to old part of town and the river. Rooms are very much designed in the way of schraeger/w hotels--a little soulless, I find, but comfortable in that very beige/contemporary generic way. Bathrooms are GREAT.

"Very impressive new-build hotel"
Very impressive new-build hotel, situated directly on Dusseldorf's main luxury shopping street. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor which was relatively small (52 sq m) especially as the suite was split into two rooms. Standard rooms seem on the small side looking at the online measurements but I never saw inside one.
