This apartment hotel is situated in the leisure district of Puerto Rico just a few minutes walk from the town centre and a park. Bars, restaurants and nightclubs are all to be found in the complex's vicinity. The nearest beach is about 800 km away, as are links to the public transport network. Las Palmas de Gran Canarias takes around 50 minutes to reach by car.

Built in 1987 and renovated in 2002, this complex includes a total of 114 apartments spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and a lift. In addition, there is a supermarket, a cafe, a cosy bar, a breakfast and dining room as well as a restaurant with smoking and non-smoking areas as well as highchairs. It is also possible to make use of the self-service washing facilities and the medical assistance if necessary (added fee). There are parking facilities available for those arriving by car.
