The Ipanema Park is a small, friendly complex on the outskirts of the busy resort of Puerto Rico in the south of Gran Canaria. It is in an elevated position and overlooks the Puerto Rico Marina which is approximately 1.3 Km away. The complex is just 1.1 Km away from a small commercial centre where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and 2.5 Km from Puerto Rico where guests will find a bigger selection and just 1.5 Km from the beach. This attractive, modern resort is built into the hillside with fabulous views of the coastline and has 113 apartments that were refurbished in 2002.
