This apartment complex is located approximately 1 km from the centre of Playa de las Americas, plenty of shopping and entertainment venues, the beach and public transport. In addition, Aqualand is around 30m away. The Tenerife South Airport is 18km away and the Tenerife North Airport 80km away.

Renovated in 2005, this complex offers a total of 180 apartments over 2 floors.Clients must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Clients under 21 years will not be admitted unless accompanied by their parents / adults over 21years. Arrivals on Sundays are not possible.
