"Loved The Delta Hotel"
We initially booked this Hotel thro a Russian Hotel specialist, they employ British personnel who are very good at there job but the company falls down when they are taken sick or go home on leave as they forgot to book our rooms, i managed to find the hotels telephone number and booked by telephone as if you go thro their web site it always states no rooms available for the dates chosen.
The room was on the 21st floor and was non smoking, it was clean and fresh, the towels were changed daily and the cleaners done a very good job.
Most staff spoke english and those that did not tried very hard to help which was made all the easier for them as most restaurant menu's are in both languages.
What people dont tell you is that the new visa regulations mess everyone up a bit, when you get to a Hotel you have 3 days in which to register your visa, the Hotel will do this for you usually free of charge at the Reception desk, when you leave the hotel make sure that you hand back the registration paper back with your key card etc., is very important that this peice of paper is handed back, if you move on to a different hotel again you will need to register at your new Hotel and again hand the slip back when you leave.
If you go to stay in a seperate city for a few days you must also register there and on your return re-register at your original Hotel, it is not enough to register just once and think it is all done, cause believe me it aint.
