LOCATION

Hotel Jalta is located on Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti) in Central Prague, approximately a 2 minute walk from National Museum and Prague State Opera and a 5–10 minute walk from the magnificent Old Town Square. The nearest metro station and tram stop are situated right in front of the National Museum.

Wenceslas Square is actually a 750 metres (2.460 feet) long boulevard, surrounded by international shops, elegant restaurants, bars and clubs. National Museum and Prague State Opera are located on the southeast end of Wenceslas Square. Prague’s main railway station, Hlavni Nadrazi is only two minutes walking distance from Prague State Opera.

Another important tourist attraction on Wenceslas Square is the Franciscan Garden, which was built in 1348 during the reconstruction of the New Town. Jubilee Synagogue, Mucha Museum and Jindrisska Tower are also located within the vicinity of Hotel Jalta.
