"Great Hotel"
My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Jardin De Villiers for 2 nights. It was a great hotel, nicely decorated, clean and a great location, just a 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Our room had a small flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a good size bathroom with bath and shower. All of the reception staff spoke English too which always helps!
The only problem we had was with the breakfast room. Its was very small and on our last morning we had to wait for a table.
Just around the corner from the hotel was a market, a couple of restaurants and a good selection of shops.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and family for a weekend break.

"Ideal for me!"
I had a 4 night stay here on my own private R&R after a business trip to Brussels. The hotel was ideal for my needs - which were to experience daily Parisean life and not only sightseeing, a "fine" but not overpriced or overly- ostentatious accommodation in a similar type nighborhood, and convenient access to the Metro. After being assigned to a room facing the street I negotiated for one facing the small garden, and the polite English speaking staff were gracious to arrange that (Room 7, highly recommended). The cozy room was decorated in coordinated, luxurious fabrics and the bed was very comfortable. This is a great neighborhood including the daily outdoor market on Rue de Levi - where you can buy (or just window shop for) fine chocolate, wine, cheese, meats and produce, and sit in cafes. Buy some fine cheese, wine and fruit at the market and have a picnic in the hotel's garden. It is as fine a Paris experience as a more expensive meal out. The nearby (4 blocks tops) Parc Monceau is heavenly and should not be missed.

"Great Place"
This hotel was excellent. Great price, nice room, helpful staff (especially the weekend staff), wonderful location. It is a very residential neighborhood and I felt like I got to see the real Paris. The market was amazing to walk through and watch all the locals do their shopping, it felt exactly like I thought Paris would. The Metro was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that was heading to Paris on a budget.

"Lovely hotel in a nice residential neighborhood"
Hotel was located in a quiet, safe residential area. We stayed there for 7 days in August 2003. We booked directly through the hotel website and got an excellent deal. The room was small but very clean. (We later found out that it was above-average size by European standard.) Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
