This luxury hotel is situated in the tourist area of Playa de Fanabe and is just across the promenade from the sandy beach. Puerto Colon marina as well as an abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity, around 600 m away. Links to the public transport network are some 150m away. The Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport is around 18km away.

The spacious complex, with easy access to the sea, has attractive, Canary Island style architecture with classical forms. It offers a total of 271 rooms, spread throughout 5 buildings. In the large and elegant facilitie, firstly counts the impressive and gorgeous dome in the foyer with a painting of the night sky. The complex has a 24-hour reception, a number of shops, hairdresser's salon, nightclub, lobby bar and piano bar, games room, TV room, a number of conference rooms as well as 2 different a la carte restaurants and a main buffet restaurant. For younger guests, there is a playground in the grounds. Additional facilities include room and laundry service, public Internet terminal car park and garage.
