"Amazing Experience" Amazing location, great room, pleasurable experience all around.

"Good experience" Stayed here two nights over the bank holiday weekend and had a very good experience. Contrary to other reviewers found the staff very helpfull and polite. Our room was not ready when we arrived so went for a beer in the bar, as we sat having our drink a manager came to find us to tell us our room was ready. The room itself was a superior room and lived up to the billing, on the seventh floor was spacious very clean and had a large balcony. The location is also great, you can walk just about anywhere within fifteen mins, flower market right outside and all the major squares within easy walking. Would certainly return if visiting Amsterdam again. Only thing we were caught out by was the City tax, we prepaid the hotel and although the confirmation said all taxes included we were still hit for 20 Euros on check out, apparently City tax is not included in "all taxes" according to the receptionist !!

"Great Surprise" i booked this hotel through Booking.com. I was so pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel. The hotel is part of the Italian chain. It has all the little luxuries of the Courtyard Marriot. The hotel had a nice big bed (had a double), not 3 twins pushed together, great bathrooms and showers. The location was even better. It was walking distance from everything. I will stay there again when I go to Amsterdam.
