"I love Lorenzo" Top snotch hotel plenty of early morning croissants, helpful taxi drivers if you lose all you possessions, Lorenzo helped my find my glasses, phone and everything else i own. Only down side is its a little bit dark - cant see a thing!!!

"Good, solid hotel to explore Milan" We enjoyed our stay here during the Easter break. It's not a super-luxury place, but a solid base from which to explore Milan and area. The hotel facade is fine but the lobby is really classy, yet modern. On several occasions we enjoyed a night cap in the hotel bar and dined in the Amadeus restaurant once. The food was really good, but rather expensive, however the service was above average. Our hotel room was so-so. The bed was rather sunken but we slept OK anyway. But overall I would recommend this hotel. It is about 1.5 km from the Duomo and maybe 800 m to Centrale Stazione, which was perfect to us.

"Pleasantly Surprised" After reading the other reviews on this hotel I approached the place with caution and was pleasantly surprised with what I found. Check-in was friendly and efficient, I was given a great room with a newly renovated bathroom, it was clean, comfortable and quite. All of the common areas are very modern and the complementary breakfast was excellent (and included hot American along with the normal European breakfast). You do need to remember that this is a business city and most people treat you that way. The hotel staff are very efficient and business like. Most of the other guests looked like they were there for business and fashion. One unexpected touch was the housekeeping. I went back to my room mid afternoon (after the room had been cleaned) and had a relaxing bath. I then headed back out and when I returned to my room in the evening found the housekeeping staff had been back to my room and cleaned up after me. The bathroom had fresh towels and the bath cleaned - not at all what I'd expect when my room had already been serviced. It was a very nice touch.
