The resort is located on an area of some 30.000 m2 at the seaside in Marmaris. The city centre is located just 6 km away from the hotel, while the Dalaman airport is 90 km away. The city centre offers a choice of restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping opportunities. The beach at Yalancibogaz is just a minute away. The bus station is about 4 km away.

The resort was renovated in 2005 and has a total of 112 rooms. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange facility, shops, a hairdressers', bar and dining facilities and an auditorium. A laundry service is also offered (subject to fees). Parking facilities are also available, as are a playground and a kids' club for children aged between 4 and 12.
