This hotel is located directly by the beach in the leisure district of Cancun. Diverse shopping facilities and entertainment venues is located not far from the hotel. The international airport of Cancun is 18 km away.

This luxury hotel was newly opened in 2001 and comprises a total of 14 floors with 448 rooms. The hotel's spacious, air-conditioned lobby offers guests a reception area with 24-hour service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and a lift. Facilities include a souvenir shop, a newspaper stand, a car rental and flight reservation service, a hairdressing salon and several conference rooms. Dining options include a cafe with terrace, a lobby bar and 3 different air-conditioned a la carte restaurants. Further facilities include laundry and room services as well as public Internet access. Hotel car parking spaces are also available.
