The hotel was renovated in 2008 and consists of an 8-storey main building and two 8-storey annexes, with a total of 833 rooms. The lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift. The fully air-conditioned club resort hotel has a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, a lounge, conference facilities, 2 bars and 7 restaurants. Room and laundry services (charges apply), as well as laundry facilities, are on offer. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park.
There is a 72 hour cancellation fee; the exception is bookings from 7.1. - 29.05. In this time bookings must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance. The hotel has been a non-smoking establishment since the 15th October 2006.
