* The Kapalua Villas Maui resort in Lahaina includes three golf courses, two of which were designed by Arnold Palmer. Tennis can also be played day or night on 10 courts.

* Daily housekeeping service is available.

* Guests have signing privileges at more than a dozen restaurants, bars, and lounges. Both the Ritz-Carlton and Kapalua Bay Hotel offer Kapalua Villas guests use of audio/visual equipment, catering services, banquet facilities, and hair salons.

* The Kapalua Villas has a fitness center and spa with a sauna and spa tub. Guests in need of business services may also use the Ritz-Carlton's business center with Internet access and currency exchange (surcharges apply).

ROOM AMENITIES

* The Kapalua Villas Maui resort features 280 privately owned oceanfront, ocean-view, or fairway-view villas with one, two, or three bedrooms. Condominiums spread throughout the resort have 6-8 units per building. Floor plans include townhouses or loft-style units with an upstairs bedroom, or one-level units. Sliding screen doors access lanais furnished with lounge chairs and table with chairs.

* All units include living rooms with wet bars and full kitchens with dining tables and chairs. All units provide washers and dryers, along with TVs in bedrooms and living rooms. High-speed Internet access, local and long-distance calls, and voice mail are among the additional amenities.

* Full-sized sofa beds are available on request for one-bedroom villas, subject to availability. Air conditioning may also be requested, subject to availability.
