Kempinski San Lawrenz Hotel is located on the island of Gozo, this hideaway resort is built from Maltese limestone, surrounded by lush subtropical gardens.

* L´Ortolan:
A stylish fine restaurant offering a sumptuous breakfast buffet from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Then in the evening it serves modern Maltese cuisine with the freshest ingredients from the country. Please note that a smart casual attire is recommended.

* Trattoria San Lawrenz:
Chef Francesco Calore creates authentic Italian dishes in a relax yet elegant surroundings. Al fresco dining available in the summer months.

Open from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Casual attire recomended. At the Trattoria the cuisine appeals to all ages, you can try your favourite pizza or the freshest fish available.

* Il Baldakkin:
Il Baldakkin, the café and lounge of the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz is the perfect place to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee together with a tempting home made pastry. You can also enjoy a sandwich, a snack or a fresh salad while enjoying the beautiful view of the Gozo valley. Then, in the evning, the bartenders will prepare your favourite cocktail while listening to soft back ground music.

* The Gazebo:
Located by the pool, the Gazebo is the ideal place to enjoy a light lunch while enjoying the views of the garden.

* The Pool Bar:
It is the ideal place to cool down while still enjoying the sun drinking natural juices, snacks and freshly-made exotic cocktails. Open in summer only.

* For the more active guests the facilities include 2 outdoor pools (adults only) and 1 outdoor family pool, 1 heated indoor* and 1 heated indoor exercise pool, Jacuzzi and steam baths.

* In addition to your Ayurveda or Spa treatment, the specially trained chefs could prepare a well-balanced Ayurvedic or Spa meal for you, to compliment your treatments.

* The Kappella conference room, with its high stone arches, is spectacular, with the aura of a Medieval banqueting hall. The Kappella Terrace for receptions in the warm Gozitan nights. Finally, there are the Dwejra, Ghorfa and Gharix rooms, ideal for small meetings, functions or celebrations. A complete conference service is provided including simultaneous translation, advanced sound, light and projection services as well as full office support. Transport, catering and anything else required to make a conference or private function the resounding success it deserves to be, can also be arranged.

Holiday season!
Christmas was an excellent time for a stay at this very friendly and welcoming hotel.The aroma of the baked holiday village which was set up in the lobby was very inviting,good job. Extremely peaceful,loved it!!!

"Very good hideaway"
I enjoyed my stay here as it was a spa destination, i cam eback feeling very relaxed as it was a quiet time of year. The spa facilities very excellent and the treatments very good. The staff are overall quite friendly. I would choose to stay here in the quiet seasons only as summer time can be too busy wth children. The breakfast was very good and the L'Ortolan food was very nice. However, the food in the Trattoria wasn't as good and most of the food was dripping in too much oil. The general surroundings are very nice and the staff seemed more than efficient, everywhere i went was clean and maintained to a high standard. There was not activities when i stayed there so unless you want to sit and read, drink or explore the rest of gozo some may find it too quiet. I felt very welcomed here and would visit again in low season.

"Excellent Hotel on Gozo"
An excellent well-managed hotel with good rooms, great facilities and two good restaurants. Good walks nearby and a twice-daily courtesy bus into Victoria. But this is a Resort Hotel - if the sound of children enjoying themselves in the afternoons in High Season upset you, this is not for you. Tatitas, 10 mins walk away in the centre of St Lawrence is a good restaurant for a change - well run with congenial atmosphere.
