This hotel is located on the main street in the centre of the popular holiday resort of Playa del Ingles, just 600 m from the sandy beach. The shopping and entertainment centre of Kasbah offers diverse nightlife venues and is to be found in the immediate vicinity.

Renovated in 2005, this complex comprises a total of 180 accommodation units Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a 24-hour reception area, a currency exchange area, a safe (for an additional fee) and a lift. Also featuring within the hotel is a bar, a cafe and nightclub. Additionally, public Internet access and car rental services (both for an additional fee) are available. All areas of the hotel are accessible to wheelchair users.
