Kolonna Hotel Brigita is located in Pardaugava, on the left bank of River Daugava, in a very quiet and green area of Riga. Kolonna Hotel Brigita is 10 kilometres (6 miles) away from the Riga International Airport (RIX). And it is just a 15-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute drive from the Old City.
Getting around: The city centre and Old Town can be comfortably explored on foot. Riga is well served by an efficient public transport system of trams, buses and trolleybuses; some routes also offer night services. Each mode of transport requires a separate ticket; these can be purchased from the onboard conductor. Train services to destinations throughout the country run from the central train station.
