Kyriad Gare Hotel was built in the early 20th century and has rooms measuring about 15 square metres decorated in modern style; in 2001 it changed its style with new top quality furniture and fabrics. The tasteful renovations also included the restaurant and special rooms for non-smokers and families travelling with children.

"Excellant with a tiny little flaw"
We absolutely got such a deal on this place it was ridiculous but it involved a prepaid voucher. 3 nights at $55 Eu. per night. When we arrived on the TGV from Avignon we walked over to the hotel and they said that our reservation was cancelled. My wife was beside herself...Tired and cranky anyways. They jerked us around for 50 minutes and I told them to book us at the other Kyriad...No cooperation at all. I had the reservation etc copied in my documents and even then she did not respond....finally after calling the headquarters in England I think, she said nothing but just presented us with a key...no apology no have a nice stay no nothing. I took my poor wife upstairs and surprise...we had a beautiful nicely decorated and renovated huge room with a Flat Panel TV (by that time we were addicted to Un Deux Trois at 6 pm nightly in France...sort of an almost X rated version of Fame starring penelope cruise's sister) and we spent three wonderful days, save glares from what's her face at the front desk.
