"Hotel Bleu Marine is now Hotel Kyriad"
Greetings--we got this hotel as Bleu Marine on the Expedia site as a terrific special. 74 euros a night including breakfast. I wrote Expedia as the breakfast was not explicitly stated on our voucher and I knew that could spell trouble. They did add a note to our file which I took with me--turned out we would have had to pay an additional 12 euros each if we had wanted breakfast otherwise. The hotel was a nice 3 star, well-located although difficult to find if you are driving as there is a tricky turn and only 1 way in and out. Underground garage which is fabulous for an additional 8 euros a night which was great for us. Would recommend this hotel. The breakfast was beautiful and the services were very nice--also, very quiet street at night and a nice walk to all over the tourist areas of Lyon. If you need to be smack dab in the middle of vieux Lyon, this is not for you. You have to walk over 2 bridges. We were very pleased with the location.

"A piece of the action"
We visited this hotel en-route to the south of france, although difficult to find within the one-way system of outer lyon, it was certainly worth the wait. The rooms were clean and bright, beds very comfortable, well equipped with TV, hairdryer and complimentary tea/coffee tray, good ensuite facilities, and helpful reception staff, breakfast was payable extra at 11 euros, which we didn't stay for as we had to make an early start the next morning. Well located for strolling to the local shops and squares in the evening to enjoy the french atmosphere of street bars/cafes. Parking was offered in a secure underground car park for a nominal fee, but height restrictions meant that we had to park our vehicle ( 4 X 4 ) on the surrounding streets, which was free upto 7am, but meant an early start for those planning a relaxing break. Would certainly visit again.
