La Chartreuse du Val Saint Esprit Hotel is lovely - has nice grounds where you can sit out and enjoy a drink or lounge in the sun. My only negative comment is that the hotel lacks a pool. There is ample space in the grounds to build an outdoor or covered pool. The food is delicious and wonderful.
