This attractive hotel is situated in a quite area of Puerto de la Cruz, around 800 m from the San Telmo beach and the Lago Martianez saltwater swimming pools as well as the picturesque old town of Puerto de la Cruz offering countless shopping venues, cafes, bars and restaurants. Convenient public transport links may be found directly in front of the hotel.

Renewed in 2005, the hotel comprises a 8 storey building with a total of 167 rooms of which 2 are singles and 165 are doubles. It offers access to a 1,400 m2 garden and facilities include a 24-hours reception desk with 2 lifts, bar, TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant. For an additional fee guests may access the Internet, park their cars in the hotel car park or use the laundry service.
