So not worth it
La reserve Hotel looked so much nicer on there website, unfortunately nothing is in this hotel (apart maybe from the breakfast), to start with the double room was anything but spacious, it looked nothing like advertise on the website, the room was dusty, the fan in the bathroom kept us awake all night, the street noise was atrocious, one of the bedside lamp wasn't working, the bed frame looked like it was already doing overtime, some of the tiles in the bathroom were broken, their was not enough water pressure in the shower, the carpet could do with a serious make over.. in fact the all room could need one. Also there was a very particular smell, not very pleasant but when i ask if i could have another room i was told none where available. That was on a Thursday evening and I know for a fact that was a lie because we could not found a Soul walking the corridor when we were there. Should i mention the corridor and some left over food that was still there in the morning when we check out around midday, I still struggle to find how this hotel is suppose to be a 3 star hotel and would not recommended to any of my friend. |
