La Residence des Cascades is ideally situated at the centre of the Cascades Golf and Country Club, a stunning championship 18-hole golf course designed by Gary Player. Les Thermes Marins des Cascades, the resort's wellness centre, was established and operated in cooperation with Les Thermes Marins des Cascades of France. It is one of the largest and most well-equipped therapy centres in the world. The facilities include an 800m² Aquatonic Pool and the treatments offered consist of fitness and nutrition programmes, a variety of hydrotherapies, seaweed wraps, underwater massages, beauty care and recuperation programmes. Soma Bay's Dive Centre is one of the largest and complete in the Red Sea and serves all of the resorts within Soma Bay from its privileged location on the House Reef. Run by the Orca Dive Clubs, it offers all the facilities of a comprehensive dive center catering to both advanced divers and beginners. The Centre has a fleet of dedicated dive boats and a group of professional staff. There is a large turquoise-blue lagoon in front of the reef as well, providing sheltered waters ideal for training.
