La Rosetta started over 83 years ago, in March 1922, when Egisto Paradisi invested all his savings to open a small restaurant. Paradisi was destined to become on of the fathers of the concept of tourism in Umbria, and La Rosetta is now a top hotel with over 90 rooms.
