Every team member puts service as their number one priority so that guests' expectations are reached and exceed. The hotel offers a variety of quality services to its guests: Restaurants, swimming pool area, entertainment, Magic Park, internet corner, fitness room, conference rooms, hair dressing salon. The rooms are modern and well appointed; bright, fresh and tastefully finished. We pay special attention to the creation of a warm and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and take care of individual requirements of our guests so that they feel home. We also have 5 rooms which have been adapted for disabled guests, as well as non-smoking rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
