This hotel is located in the Zona Dorada of Ciudad Juarez, only a few minutes from various restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Some 100 m from the hotel lies the international events and congress centre and both the US Consulate and the shopping centre Rio Grande are 5 minutes away.

The hotel was opened in 1985, and renovated in 2005. On offer are a total 76 rooms, of which 2 are junior suites, spread over two floors. The air-conditioned building comprises an entrance foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom, a bar, a restaurant and a hotel safe. Guests may make also use of a travel agency, Internet access, parking and room and laundry services. Facilities with disabled access are available.
