This apartment complex is located in the south of Gran Canaria just 50 m from the sea and about 1 km from the sprawling dune beach of Maspalomas. It lies amidst 30,000 m2 of wonderful gardens and there are excellent public bus service links to Puerto de Mogan and Puerto Rico, which lie 4 km and 10 km away respectively.

The pleasant complex was built in 1989 and renovated in 2003. There are a total of 79 double rooms and 156 apartments spread over 9 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a 50's style piano bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, there is a laundry service on offer and there are parking facilities for those arriving by car.
