This hotel is located in a beautiful, calm, and elegant zone of Sempione, a residential district in the centre of Milan, surrounded by the green of Sempione Park and the Via Massena gardens and only a few steps from the Arch of Peace, Castle Sofrzesco, and the Palace of Arts. Guests are also only steps away from many bars, restaurants, shopping opportunities and links to the public transport network. Linate airport is some 17 km away. The hotel is equally suitable as a strategic location for holidaymakers and business guests to the city.

Constructed in 1900 and completely renovated in 2004, the air-conditioned city hotel in modern style and adhering to national and international standards comprises a total of 30 rooms, of which two are junior suites and two are suites, spread across five floors. The lobby offers its guests a 24-hour reception, a safe, and lift access. Further facilities include a cafe, an elegant lounge bar where guests may try an aperitif and spend a pleasant evening, and a restaurant serving both local and international cuisine. Also on offer are a TV lounge, a breakfast room, a conference room with a plasma-screen TV and connections for a PC and DVD player, a public Internet connection in the entrance hall and rooms, and a laundry service. A parking garage lies just 200 m from the hotel.Breakfast, served between 7.00am and 10.00am consists of a substantial buffet.
