This attractive apartment complex is centrally located in the tourist heart of Playa del Ingles. It is just 200 m to the lively beach promenade and a short distance from the fine sand beach (400 m). An abundance of shops and entertainment centres such as Kasbah, Metro and Yumbo are located in the immediate vicinity. Public transport departs from a stop located 50 m away.

The building was constructed in 1972 and completely renovated in 2004. It consists of four 4-storey blocks with a total of 198 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast 1,500 m2 pool and garden complex, a stylish foyer with lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. There is also a TV room, an a la carte restaurant with a pleasant outdoor terrace and a public Internet terminal. Guests may take advantage of the medical assistance, car parking facilities and playground.
