This attractive apartment complex is situated some 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach. The town centre of Playa de las Americas is a roughly 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity are countless shopping venues, restaurants and bars (about 50 m away). Reina Sofia airport is roughly 18 km away, while it is approximately 85 km to Los Rodeos airport.

Completely renovated in 2005, this apartment complex consists of 336 apartments spread over 4 floors, and generally attracts many young guests. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and lifts. Culinary options include a charming cafe, a bar and a restaurant. Moreover, there is a small supermarket, a hairdressing salon, a TV room and public Internet access for an additional charge.Especially in high season, this hotel has mainly young guests. This could possibly be less pleasant for older guests or families.
