Very Impressed
From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the service we received was excellent. The staff was friendly and offered several suggestions on things to do. We were there for Canada Day and felt as if we were in the middle of the fireworks display. We would definitely go back to this hotel in the future.

This hotel was great! I was very impressed with the service and location, and our room was fantastic, everything we expected. When I booked this hotel, I got a really good rate and so the price was really good as well. The pool was somewhat small, but it was heated. The bar was great. I would definately go back to this hotel.

My wife, sister-in-law and myself really enjoyed our stay with you and were very sorry when our time to go home came around.We hope in the not too distant future to be able to come back again. We were looked after by the staff so well, we thought we were Royalty. Thanks for a wonderful holiday

A View To Die For
This Hotel has everything a holiday maker or a business man could ever need. The service was 150%. Picked up at the airport, greeted at reception and taken to our wonderful room. The view from our room was spectacular and will remain with us for always. The food was magnificent and did not cost the earth. While we were there my Sister-in-law celebrated her 70th birthday, and the staff made sure she had a wonderful day. They even did a special meal for us and even included a birthday cake. There is no where that we have been that we were looked after so well. Thanks again Laurel Point, and we hope to come back again one day.

First Class
We wanted to treat ourselves to a first class hotel when we stayed in Victoria and were not disappointed by our choice. We has a south wing suite which was beautiful. The room was extremely spacious with a huge marble bathroom, lounge area in the bedroom, and patio area overlooking the harbour. We ate in the piano bar and the food was first class. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Victoria and we will definitely go back if we are fortunate to return to this wonderful place.
