"B&B Gem"
We booked our b&b via email for Le Conchiglie a week before we arrived, after looking at the photos of the room and the location we decided that this was the place for us. It was over the road from the beach, the rooms looked well equipped and clean and the price was reasonable. We were not disappointed, the room was very spacious and well decorated in a modern style, there was an ensuite bathroom with a large shower and all the usuals including a hair dryer. The bedroom itself had a large double bed, telly and mini bar. There was a large cupboard that could take all our clothes and more, bedside cabinets, a larger dresser and even a safe. Location wise we were right in the middle of town. with all the best restauarants and bars outside and even better the sea out the back ( although no sea view as we were below the promanade level ). Being so close to everything you could expect it to be a little noisey , but it wasnt. The owner was very helpful and served breakfast out the back in the terraced garden, which was a typical Italian breakfast of bread , coissant and different jams , with a choice of tea of coffee. All in all I highly recommend this place, I would even say stay here over staying in one of the cinque terre villages as Levento had a wide choice of restaurants and bar to choice from, providing a good nightlife.
