This hotel is located just outside Milan in a quiet estate area and is the perfect accommodation for those wishing to visit the new Exhibition Centre in Rho Pero about 6 km away. The nearest underground station is about 7 km away, while it is some 18 km to the railway station. Guests will reach Linate airport in approximately 40 km and Malpensa airport in 45 km.

Established in 2005, this four-storey hotel comprises a total of 112 rooms, of which three are suites and three are disability-friendly rooms. The air-conditioned business hotel offers guests a garden, a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, and lift access. Further facilities include a bar, a TV lounge, a dining room, and a restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access with a W-LAN access point (charges apply). It is also possible to take advantage of the room and laundry service (fees apply), and there is both parking space and a garage (charges apply) for those arriving by car.
