"Well worth a visit..a great stopover Hotel"
July 2005 (2 Nights Stopover with Emirates on route to Australia) Very handy location just a short car transfer from the Airport (which was included) We received excellent service and can recommend the additional touches in the Royal Club rooms. The onsite SPA facilities are wonderful and well worth a treat, facilities and attention to service around the two swiming pools was excellent. When it comes to eating out theres a vast choice to suit all taste's set outside in the garden "village" Were sorry we didn't book the stopover in both directions as the initial cost was very reasonable even with 2 rooms covering our party of 3 adults and one 10 year old. Another nice touch, we even received a follow up letter on our return home - Yes, this is one hotel we would not hesitate to revisit and hopefully sooner rather than later.

"Actually still here while I write"
So impressed, staying in the Royal Club rooms with breakfast, afternoon tea, evening drinks, and nightcap all included.
The staff in the Royal Club are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble.
Rooms are very good with bathrooms perhaps a little small, but that is just being picky.
The business centre has 24 hour internet access for free so its easy to stay in touch with home.
Location is good, near the airport, but not near the beach
Worth giving it a try if you are coming to Dubai.

"treated like royalty"
My two week holiday staying in le meridien Dubai was fabulous! From the moment we arrived we were well looked after. Hotel was beautifuland the room had huge comfortable beds, plasma TV and DVD player. At breakfast you were totally pampered and anything you wanted you got. The choice of restaurants is really good and the ones we tried were brilliant. I would definately recommend this hotel!!

"Super hotel!"
We stayed here as a family with a 9 year old daughter for 8 days during October. We chose a Royal Club room which costs more but does give some lovely extras. The staff there were lovely and the breakfasts (buffet style) were great.
The hotel, staff and facilities were nothing short of excellent.
There was a bit of refurbishment work taking place when we were there but it was not intrusive and did not spoil our enjoyment in any way.
The hotel has a vast number of restaurants (14, I think) and the ones we ate in were superb. The village terrace barbecue was particularly good with lots of choices to suit everyone and the price is all inclusive with drinks. It was an amazing £19 or so a head (1/2 price for children)! My daughter loved the pool (there's 2 with another being built) and my husband was well impressed with the very good gym.
We had a great time and we will definitely be back.
