"It's perfect"
It's a nice hotel in a good location. You can arrive to the Fontana de Trevi, piazza Venezia and the roman areas walking about 10-15 minutes. Near to the hotel you can found shops, 24 h chemist, restaurants and fast food restaurants. The room is little but it has the services that you can need: TV, hairdryer, a little fridge, electric heating... But without a doubt, the most value for this hotel: the workers. When we arrive to the Fiumicino airport, Iberia had lost our baggage, we put a reclamation and we didn't worry about it, because the personal of the reception often phoned the airport for information and they called us to the movile phone with the latest news about the situacion until the suitcase arrived. I'll always be greateful to their The breakfast was ok. I recomend a capuccino!

"Perfect! Great Value Service"
I booked this hotel after reading the many reviews on this site. They give a great description of what to expect. The room I had was a single, and it was perfect for what I needed. Everything was modern, clean, and worked as it should. The rooms to the front can be a little noisy but only as to be expected in the centre of Rome, on a narrow street. Location is fantastic from the termni, and it feels perfectly safe as it is just down from the main street. The service is great, the staff are more than helpful, and ensure a pleasant stay. I will definetly stay there again.

"Fantastic Hotel"
We have just come back from a short visit here and found it to be a fantastic little hotel. The entrance is a little unusual (press the buzzer and walk up two flights of stairs to the reception) but after that it's great. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the position is superb (less than 1 mile from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Roman Forum etc), there is a metro very nearby if you don't fancy walking, but I would advise walking in such a stunning city. Some rooms are small, but as mentioned earlier, are very clean, tidy and well equipped. Ours had a nice balcony area as well. The hotel staff are the best I have ever come across. Gianni on the reception was superbly helpful to us and gave us some excellent advice. We were a group of ten staying and all of us thought it was a great hotel to stay in and are planning on returning.

"friendly, clean and good value"
My stay at the petit hotel was excelent. The staff were always friendly, helpful and smart. The room was small but clean and perfectly adequqate for a city break with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Right from the time of arrival the staff helped with routes, maps and places to see. They all spoke good english and gave good advice about how to get the most from our short break. If I returm to Rome, I would definately consider booking this accomodation again.
